Where does the data come from? Saudi Ministry of Justice deed records, published on the national open-data portal, used under the KSA Open Data License. We clean, normalize, translate, and serve it.
How current is it? The source publishes quarterly with a lag. We ingest within days of publication and state the latest covered quarter on every page.
Rental data? On the roadmap (REGA rental index). Sales deeds only for now.
